Property Access

  • Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; admission fee is required for each person; cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community with construction currently going on in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older; this is strictly enforced.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. Includes two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet, per night, plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Strict. Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive full refund minus $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are not refunded unless the dates are rebooked.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available. The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary if it snows.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking basics, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and laundry basics are provided.
  • "Starter set" of paper products includes: a roll of toilet paper per bath, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Enough for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Internet available; some areas may not have cell reception.
  • Onsite amenities include: hot tub, large game room with pool table, air hockey and ping pong, gourmet kitchen, outdoor fireplace on covered deck, DirectTV (with NFL package), broadband wireless internet, and custom lighting.
  • Access to the following Eagles Nest amenities:
